About The Game
Drum Mania V4 arcade music machine, also known as RockxRock or Double Rock, is a game created by Konami as part of the Bemani series. The player uses a simulated drum controller to play the notes of a chosen song’s drum part as they are displayed on the screen.
In Drum Mania, the player’s controls consist of two cymbals, three drum pads and a foot pedal. As with most of konami’s music games, symbols fall from the top of the screen. The symbols match up with the players pads and as each symbol hits the action line located at the bottom of the scree, the player must hit the correct drum, symbol or pedal. If the player scores a number of hits in a row without any misses, the player’s combo meter rises. The player must reach a preset amount of points to achieve success and advance to the next level.
