Guarantees

We offer a range of Guarantees on our products. Find out more below…

We believe that the work we do on our machines is of a high standard and because of this we are happy to offer guarantees on all of our products.

Domestic Use Guarantees

These are warranties offered for machines used in Domestic settings such as homes, games rooms, man caves etc.

One Month Guarantee (Plan 1)

The vast majority of our games come with a one month Guarantee. This means that if your game fails within that period of time we will get it back up and running again. The guarantee covers any failure which means the game is completely unplayable. It doesn’t cover any ‘minor’ issues which don’t stop the game being played. It also does not cover any ‘user generated’ issues, so if you smash a gun in anger we wouldn’t fix I’m afraid! The Guarantee is also voided if a machine has been modified, upgraded, customised or changed in any way, stored in a location where the temperature drops below standard room level or has been at risk of damp.

Sold ‘As Is’ Guarantee (Plan 2)

Sometimes we get machines in that either we don’t have the time to refurbish, or we don’t have the space (sometimes it gets VERY full here!). In those instances we’ll list a game ‘as is’ and describe any issues or faults it may have. When we sell it we guarantee it will arrive with the issues described and no more. We make it very clear which games come under this plan so don’t worry.

Commercial Guarantees

Unless otherwise stated, all machines bought for use in commercial settings such as Arcades and Bars etc come with a one month guarantee. This means that if your game fails within that period of time we will get it back up and running again. In the first instance this will involve a telephone conversation to diagnose the issue and then usually a follow up video call with a Technician. Only if we are unable to solve via the telephone will we either A; remove the machine to repair at our Warehouse or B; send an technician out to repair (at our discretion). The guarantee covers any failure which means the game is completely unplayable. It doesn’t cover any ‘minor’ issues which don’t stop the game being played. It also does not cover any ‘user generated’ issues, so if a customer smashes a gun in anger we wouldn’t fix under guarantee I’m afraid! The Guarantee is also voided if a machine has been modified, upgraded, moved to another location, sold to another company or individual, customised or changed in any way, stored in a location where the temperature drops below standard room level or has been at risk of damp.
